What's Wrong With This Picture?

Correct me if I'm wrong, but isn't the mom supposed to be in the hospital bed recovering? This was the day we left the hospital. We spent a while trying to figure out how the carseat worked while the discharge nurse was trying to steal back the blankets we were taking from the hospital.
