More Vacation Pics

Just what you wanted, more vacation pictures! This one above is a funny story. We get to London and can't get in our room yet, so we walk around and check out the surrounding neighborhoods, including Buckingham Palace. We were worn out after so much walking, so we're having a seat on this little park bench. We hear Prince's "1999" blaring, we look down the road and there's this guy on a weird bike with a very large boom box on his shoulder. To add to the weirdness he's accompanied by about 200 in-line skaters. They skated on down the road to the front of Buckingham Palace and hung out while listening to Prince. Odd people, those Brits.

Westminster Abbey is a beautiful church, and the inside is just as pretty, but you can't take pictures. It's amazing to walk over the stones with names like Darwin, Keats, Handel, and the list goes on and on. We lit a few candles for loved ones there too which was really nice.
