Titans Game

Michael went to the Titans game on Sunday with some friends. He had a great time and it was his first NFL game.

There's a player with the last name Carr, maybe we can get the boys some Carr jerseys.

Connor went to a birthday party for his friend James on Saturday and had a ball on the inflatables.

Riding around in the laundry basket is great fun!
Keaton has started to smile now, so sweet.
Everybody stick out your tongue!

I liked this one of the brothers checking each other out.

My Aunt Alice and Uncle Jimmy came up from Nashville to meet Keaton and entertain Connor.
What a peaceful sleeper he is when in our bed or when someone is holding him. He's been sleeping much better at night but not as good during the day, but I'll take good night sleep any day of the week!

The Baby Bjorn carrier my office got for us has come in handy. He enjoys napping there too although he looks like a limp doll in this picture.

Connor tells us to take his picture with Keaton which is very sweet. He also likes to sit on the couch together and rub on Keaton's head and hold his hand.

Keaton's 1 month old!

Looks like we have a little cheerleader, hooray!
Connor loves to have Keaton come hang out in his bed to read books before naptime.

November 4th, Election Day, was Keaton's 1 month birthday. The boys and I went to vote, and that was an experience in itself! Connor thought I was saying we're going to the "boat" which is a big ole' boat the kids can play on at Oxmoor Mall. I had to explain we are going to vote and not to the boat. We made it through and all left with "I voted" stickers. I let Connor vote for me, but I did tell him to pick Obama!
Keaton went to the doctor yesterday for his 1 month checkup. Here's the stats: height 22 1/2 inches long (75 percentile), weight 11 pounds 9 ounces (75 percentile). They thought he looked great. He's doing well, if only we could just get him through the major fussiness from 7-10pm he has every night. Hopefully this too will pass.

Keaton had his first bath in his little tub this week. That darn cord just hung on forever! He loves having his hair washed but wasn't much on the bath overall. He's got a lovely comb over going on here too!

Halloween

It was a great night for Trick or Treating and again, Keaton slept through the entire thing.

Connor and and our neighbor, Annabelle.
Connor, Riley and Jacob.

We ended the night trying a few pieces of candy and a nice bath. As Connor always says, "It was a long day today." Yes it was.

Keaton's doing well and will be 4 weeks on Election Day! Hard to believe it's almost been a month. As of this week he was 10 pounds, 11 ounces according to the lactation lady's scale. I could tell he'd gotten quite a bit bigger since we brought him home (he was 8 1/2 pounds at birth.) Still as good as gold, only crying when he's hungry or has gas.
Connor's not into having his picture made these days, we had to bribe him with candy to take these!
Connor had this little onsie for his first Halloween so Keaton had to wear it as well. It lasted an hour before we had pee leakage and had to change it. Oh well!

School Halloween Party

Mom and I went to see Connor's Halloween party at his new school this week. Keaton slept through it as you can see.
Passing the "hot pumpkin."
Having a yummy cookie.
He was surprised to see us show up at lunch time, and all of the kids were eating so quietly.

Our Week

Mimi came to visit for a few days while daddy was out of town. Again, what would I do without her? She entertained Connor constantly and cooked for us as well. They made some Halloween cookies together too.

We went to a Halloween party on Sunday night at Elizabeth and Chris's house and several of the kids cracked us up looking so civilized at their little dinner table.

Connor enjoyed painting his own pumpkin too.
He's gotten a lot of use out of the old dragon costume this year!
